Hi-Wire Uprisin Hefeweizen Tequila just like a tight ropeBright, soft banana notes, mild breadiness from the wheat, finishes dry, subdued spice on the finish. Little bit of alcohol, big fruit character including naturally occurring banana, slight vanilla, peppercorn spice character on the back, all attributes of yeast esters. A traditional hefe that doesnt overwhelm the palate with banana and spice. An easy drinking, summertime beer.
