Eden Road Small Batch Sauvignon Blanc 2023 Size::12 Bottle Case Thanks to Fabio Lini's artisanal

Thanks to Fabio Lini's artisanal approach to sparkling wine production

Perfect with pizza and pasta especially lamb ragu

The wine is framed by a lovely line of fine acidity and the finishes long with a silky mouth feel

The flavors are dominated by citrus fruits

these are wines where the sugar/acid balance is more important than residual sugar levels
